晚宴，杜鹃嘱咐苏筱帮忙拍“老公”夏明。苏筱心有怨气，专挑夏明、吃东西、脸变形的丑照拍，被夏明发现。夏明上前搭话，苏筱讽刺夏明自以为是、对别人指点江山还栽赃陷害。夏明承认自己自以为是还指点江山，但却说自己从不栽赃陷害。夏明点出苏筱对工程报价的测算很准，但却测不准人心，真正一心想要开除她的其实不是天科，而是余经理。苏筱难以置信，震惊之下只能喝酒释放自己的怒气。吴红玫被玛丽亚批评穿着过于随意、老土，吴红玫只能回房间去换，可打开行李箱后发现，自己并没有可以去换的衣服。吴红玫感到沮丧。与此同时，许峰带领的审计小组翻遍了所有账目，只找到了一个20万的资金缺口，许峰不信天科只有这么小的问题，要求大家从这20万缺口突破，继续往下挖。苏筱回忆种种过往，愤懑不平，酒醉失态。晚宴后杜鹃发现苏筱不见，便携众人四处寻找，最终夏明在KTV找到了正在借酒发泄的苏筱。苏筱宿醉醒来已无记忆，只有杜鹃谴责苏筱酒后趁机拥抱夏明的行为。另一边夏明回忆起苏筱心碎的样子微微动容。
